Praising God is something that comes from the bottom of the heart. The psalmist wants to narrate all the wonderful works of God. When should we praise God? The Bible says to praise God at all times, no matter what situation we are in.
Praising God is not just lip service. It must come from the depths of our soul. It is so beautiful to praise Him with all our hearts when we have happy times, but during difficult times for some this is not the case. Everyone goes through good and bad seasons, but God remains the same at all times and in all seasons of our lives. He doesn't stop loving us when we're having a hard day, nor does He love us more during a good day. He loves us the same way in every season and in every time. He is always worthy of our praise. It must be praised from the bottom of our hearts, putting aside any other feelings that might hinder it. We tell all His wonderful works.
When we praise God, the prison doors open and the chains fall off. The heavens cannot remain silent when God's children praise Him in their distress. He will come to their aid and deliver them. Let others know the wonderful things God has done for you. Let's make praising God an ongoing process in our lives.
Today we want to pray to the Lord together saying: Father of Love, thank you for how you help me face every trial in my life. I know I will emerge victorious in the end because you are on my side. Help me to always hope in you. In the name of Jesus... Amen!
