All the earth bows down to you; they sing praise to you, they sing the praises of your name.
Some people love celebrities, others love their careers. Many worship themselves and so the truth remains that everyone worships something or someone.
As children of God we are called to offer our worship to God alone. As true worshipers we are called to praise God, celebrate God, honor God and give Him our full attention! This morning's verse gives us the idea of how everyone and everything God has created must sing praises to His name and worship Him for who He is.
In order to glorify God, we must discover who He is. When we choose to follow Jesus, we discover who God is, because He sends His Holy Spirit to live in our hearts. The Spirit of God teaches us how to glorify the Lord.
When worship becomes a fundamental part of our lives, we will enjoy personal communion with God and His peace, joy, and love will fill our hearts.
Today we want to pray together and say: God the Father, I thank you for your word. I wish to adore you with all my heart. May my entire life be a song of praise to You. In the name of Jesus... Amen!
