Psalm 91 is a beautiful promise of safety and protection that we can find in God our refuge and our fortress. When we trust in the Lord, we make God our hope to hold on to. When you have done your best and think there is nothing more you can do, the Lord continues to be the One in whom you trust. Let yourself be wrapped in His sweet arms of love and find protection in God alone. Evil will NOT be able to prevail against you, because the Lord is the one who protects you. Even in the midst of battle, when you are weak, oppressed and tired, the enemy will not be able to defeat you, because the strength of the Almighty will sustain you. Put your complete trust in Him. As you see more difficulties around you, nothing will be able to bring you down with God by your side. Dear ones, continue to resist in faith! Our God is the safe haven in which we can trust!
Together we pray to the Lord telling him: God of heaven, thank you for how Your word encourages me. My hope is only in You and I place it with all my heart. Help me to trust You in all things. In the name of Jesus... Amen!
