The first disciples, as soon as they were filled with the Holy Spirit, began to speak out, sharing the gospel message with those around them. They traveled far and wide to spread the Gospel because they could not remain silent after experiencing the grace and forgiveness that God had freely offered them.
As people who have tasted God's love and seen His gracious hand at work in our lives, we too must have a similar passion to share the good news with others. If you heard about a deal online and you knew your friend was looking to purchase something, wouldn't you immediately share the details with them? When God gives you the opportunity to speak and share your testimony with your friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors, don't remain silent.
Together we pray to the Lord telling him: God in heaven, thank you for working in my life. Give me the frankness so as not to remain silent when I have the opportunity to speak about You. Help me actively share the gospel and my testimony with those around me. In the name of Jesus... Amen!
